Using this website
This website is operated by CMAX Foundation, Inc. Use it to learn about the foundation and make relevant inquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful or misleading material. Sending an inquiry does not create a funding agreement, partnership, service contract or confirmed deployment.
Not a medical or emergency service
This website is informational. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency dispatch or real-time disaster response. Information about field hospitals, humanitarian habitat and disaster preparedness is not an instruction to use a product for a particular medical or rescue situation.
Do not rely on this website or its contact form in a real emergency. Contact the emergency services available where you are. CMAX does not promise immediate monitoring or response to website messages.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, photographs, designs, logos and other materials may belong to CMAX Foundation or their respective creators and rights holders. Making them available here does not transfer ownership or grant a license to reuse them beyond what applicable law permits. Ask the relevant rights holder before republishing or using protected material. Do not imply CMAX endorsement without its permission.
Right to use the Site
Provided you fully comply with these terms, CMAX Foundation grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Site. CMAX Foundation reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Any suggestions, comments or other feedback you give us about the Site, CMAX Foundation or Cmax System will be our confidential information. We are free to use, disclose, reproduce, license, distribute and exploit this feedback without compensation to you or any obligation or restriction because of intellectual property rights or otherwise. Personal information submitted with feedback is handled as described in our Privacy notice.
Cmax Med, AeroCabin and Cmax System
Cmax Med and AeroCabin™ are brands and products of Cmax System, not of CMAX Foundation. References to these products explain their connection to humanitarian work; they do not mean that the foundation owns their product designs, trademarks or associated intellectual property.
This website is not a product sale, warranty, certification or promise of suitability. Product illustrations and concepts do not establish a confirmed deployment. Any product specifications, permissions, supply commitments or commercial terms must be confirmed with the appropriate rights holder or supplier.
Links and third-party services
We may make third-party content or services available through the Site for your convenience, including external links and videos. We do not control or endorse these materials and are not responsible for reviewing or confirming their accuracy. Your dealings with third parties, including their terms, conditions, warranties and representations, are solely between you and that third party. When you leave the Site, these terms and CMAX Foundation policies no longer govern your use of other websites or services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CMAX Foundation will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the Site, any other site or content made available through the Site, including third-party materials. Governing law

These terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed there, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in the District of Columbia. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to their exclusive jurisdiction over such proceedings.
General
Enforcement of these terms is at CMAX Foundation's discretion. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it or other provisions later. If a provision becomes unlawful, void or unenforceable, including a warranty disclaimer or liability limitation, it will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches its original intent. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. In these terms, including means including without limitation. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
