Flood readiness for Bahía Blanca firefighters
A proposed community campaign to equip Bahía Blanca's volunteer firefighters with AeroCabin™ units for evacuation support and temporary protection before the next flood.

The need
In March 2025 Bahía Blanca was hit by an extreme flood. Volunteer firefighters and civil defense teams evacuated residents with limited boats, crews and time. The next flood season will find the same teams with the same constraints unless equipment is placed with them beforehand.
Who receives the support
Volunteer fire companies of Bahía Blanca.Community-led campaign. Recipient confirmation pending.
Proposed response
Place AeroCabin™ units with the fire companies before the next flood season, with a joint exercise so crews handle the units before they are needed.
How this campaign would work
- Confirm the recipient. Before the campaign uses the name of a fire company, CMAX Foundation confirms it with the institution. Until then, this page shows the campaign as proposed.
- Open the campaign. The number of units, the estimated cost and the delivery plan are published once confirmed. This first version of the site does not process payments; supporters contact the Foundation through the form.
- Deliver and document. When the goal is met, the Foundation coordinates the delivery, holds a handling exercise with the crews, and publishes the record under Our Actions.
Why AeroCabin™
The proposed response is described on the AeroCabin™ page. It is presented as a proposed capability: the campaign would include a demonstration with the receiving crews before any figures about performance are published.
